Hector Ricardo Arroyo-Robles was wanted for probation violation as well as kidnapping and assault of his girlfriend. He was known to be a member of a Satanic cult, and authorities believed he planned to sacrifice his girlfriend as part of a satanic ritual.
Retired USMS Supervisory Inspector Jason Grunwald will walk through the case and how Arroyo-Robles was eventually apprehended.
