Join us on October 13 to learn how your school can get involved in National History Day (NHD)\, and why it is not just for History classes! NHD allows students to shine and build confidence through performances\, papers\, exhibits\, websites\, and documentaries. NHD also meets literacy frameworks and offers students the opportunity to strengthen their skills in research\, critical thinking\, collaboration\, and communication skills.  Learn about this year’s theme and collaborate with other teachers.  Hear from our History Day Arkansas Coordinator\, Angela Adams\, and have time to tour the recently opened USMM galleries! This workshop is FREE and open to 6th-12th grade teachers! Registration is required.
